ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai challenging the impugned order dated 09.8.2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai in S.A.N.190 of 2018. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time till 30.09.2018 for complying with the conditional order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai in S.A.No.190 of 2018, dated 09.8.2018.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.26888 of 2018 is closed. However, we are inclined to extend the time to comply with the conditional order dated 09.8.2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II in S.A.No.190 of 2018 till 30.09.2018.
