ORDER
The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the debts held by Selvan Devasahayam, who died intestate on 08.07.2011. The first petitioner is the wife, second to fourth petitioners are the daughters and the fifth petitioner is the mother of the deceased. The fourth petitioner being minor is represented by the mother and natural guardian the first petitioner 1/4
herein.
2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased Selvan Devasahayam, as ExP1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased Selvan Devasahayam is produced as, Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only Class-I legal heirs of the deceased Selvan Devasahayam. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.
3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed by granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the debts mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking: Yes/ No 2/4
