ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.3409 of 2026 dated 19.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police has not objected for this petition and he submitted that the petitioner complied with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl. OP. No.3409 of 2026 dated 19.02.2026 that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation' is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
