C.M.P.No.8804 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 1061 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent Panchamurthy in C.R.P.No.1137 of 2009; C.M.P.No.8806 of 2020 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent Panchamurthy; and C.M.P.No.8807 of 2020 is filed to bring on record the respondents 13 to 16 as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent Panchamurthy in the C.R.P.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., all the three C.M.Ps. are ordered. 20.11.2024 kj (5/6) Note:The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the revision.
