(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.3005 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal, with liberty to the appellant to approach the authorities with all the connected details qua issuance of patta and that the same may be directed to be considered by the authorities, purely on merits. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
