ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 31.8.2015.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as complainant, has given the complaint in question on 31.8.2015 to the respondent, but the respondent has not registered the same. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present petition, the following direction can be issued to the respondent: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to look into the complaint dated 31.8.2015 and also directed to proceed further in accordance with law, if any cognizable offence is made out,."
