2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader (Education) by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 22.03.2019 submitted that the order dated 21.07.2011 in W.P.No.16979 of 2010 has been complied with by the respondent. 3.The said position is confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The contempt petition is closed taking into account the above stated subsequent development.
