Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Due to efflux of time, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that as on date, the persons who have registered unapproved plots are required to pay development charges. The said submission is recorded and be complied with by the petitioner.
