Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to refund the excess of Court fees of Rs.1,12,610/- paid in AS.Sr.No.48306 of 2020 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the averments in the affidavit, this petition is ordered.
