ORDER

After filing the contempt petition, the contemnor has thought fit to obey the order of this Court and filed the final report.

2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)submitted that final report was filed today before the Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court if the final report is not filed properly and the Investigation Officer fails to ensure the final report has been taken on file/cognizance by the Magistrate within a period of 15 days from today.
