ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 392, 397 of IPC, in Crime No.148 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons came in a bike and snatched 3 sovereign of gold chain from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7977 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021. He further submits that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner and he is a habitual offender. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner and earlier application was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
