2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order dated 23.02.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.4369 of 2026 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties.
