ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 302 of IPC, later altered into alleged offences under Sections 302, 120B, 147, 148, 506(ii) and 294(b) of IPC, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 23.05.2021 and hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court in accordance with law.
