O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case in CSR.No.679 of 2015 dated 15.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the allegation of the petitioner is that, he was working in a Hotel and that, the Hotel management had deducted Provident Fund and ESI from his salary, but had not remitted the same to the Department.

4. In an allegation of this nature, the petitioner should first approach the Department to get information on these aspects and if the allegations are proved, the Department should take appropriate criminal action against the management.

5. Under such circumstances, it is further alleged by the petitioner that the Hotel management is selling Korean liquor illegally.

6. In the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint appears to be in retaliation to labour dispute between the petitioner and the Hotel management. This can be resolved only through the authorities concerned, under the Industrial Disputes Act.
