ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner seeks to question the award of costs by the National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai not on merits, but as to whom the costs should be paid. The petitioner was not a party to any proceedings and he is an Advocate.

2. The aforesaid plea cannot be accepted much less under the guise of public interest litigation.

3. The writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
