ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai challenging the impugned order dated 13.7.2018 passed by the first respondent.

The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs.

Consequently, W.M.P.No.26890 of 2018 is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 13.7.2018 passed by the first respondent before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai. If the petitioner approaches the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai shall decide the same in accordance with law.
