This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a complaint given by the petitioner's wife, a case in crime No.19 of 2015 has been registered against this petitioner by All Women Police Station, Tambaram. As a counter blast, this petitioner has given the present complaint before the 2nd respondent police, in which, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.485 of 2015 and the same was closed on 12.07.2015.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law. gya s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-II) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Kanchipuram District.
