The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted all the benefits payable to him and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent has furnished the details of the same. Therefore, he submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
