This civil revision petition is filed against the order and decretal order dated 07.07.2017 made in IA.No.169 of 2013 in OS.No.58 of 2011 passed by the learned Subordinate Court at Rasipuram.

The civil revision petition was listed for admission on 01.02.2018. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court adjourned the civil revision petition and the matter was 1/4

posted on 13.07.2020. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter for even admission. Therefore, the civil revision petition is pending for the past three years without even admission and ordering notice. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the civil revision petition. Therefore, mere pendency of the civil revision petition would not serve any purpose and this Court is not inclined to keep the civil revision petition pending. As such the civil revision petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
