ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

2.The petitioner made a representation to the 3rd respondent with the last of the one being made on 15.06.2020 inter alia alleging that the encroachment has been made by the private respondents. Therefore, appropriate action will have to be taken. Seeking disposal of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Taking note of the aforesaid prayer sought for, which is limited in nature, we call upon the 3rd respondent to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2020 after due notice to the petitioner and the private respondents, who allegedly encroached the land in question and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
