(CRIME NO.1147/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12852 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court dated 24.08.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in clause (d) of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12852 of 2020. 2.This Court, vide order dated 24.08.2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Except the above modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 24.08.2020 stand unaltered.
