(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Gandhi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.J.Ram Kumar, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate filed a status report wherein it is stated that encroachment has been removed.

3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.12001 of 2022 is closed.
