Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from erecting any electric pole or transformer or load breaking system or other equipments and putting up any other constructions in the common land area of "Sree Chankya Apartments" land situated at Re Survey No.97/4, Cadastre No.1552 part, located at No.38, Saram Revenue Village (Sitha Kudisai), Ozhukarai Commune Panchayat, Puducherry. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition is not required at this stage as the erection of transformer / electric poles have been completed by the respondents and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
