KUMAR, Special Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3710 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 25A, 28 and 29 NDPS Act,1985 in DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-01/INT-22.2020, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
4. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed. The Case was taken on file before the Trial Court. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear once in 15 days before the Trial Court. This petition is ordered.
