By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in Coonoor Block and his pay was revised with effect from 01.06.1998 by implementation of the V Pay Commission Recommendations.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the arrears of pay from 01.06.1988 to 31.03.1989 was not remitted into his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Teachers' Provident Fund Account. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 20.09.2005, which was forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent on 21.09.2015. But so far, no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.
4. Heard Mr.P.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1.
5. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2015, which was forwarded by the second respondent on 21.09.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
