The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.07.2015.

2. The petitioner herein gave a complaint before the respondent police on 20.07.2015 against one Karunagaran, owner of the Country Club Lodge and his henchmen Balaji and Karthi, Sons of Nagaraj for registering a case under Sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. But, the said complaint was not registered so far. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file this petition.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has already been registered for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.532 of 2015.

4. Since the case has already been registered, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
