Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent herein in Pr.AG(A&E)/Legal Cell/WP 20807 of 2014/2083, dated 19.1.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to count 50% of the petitioner's services on consolidated pay with effect from 1.7.1982 upto 31.12.1995 and the full service rendered on regular time scale of pay with effect from 1.1.1996 as per the pension proposal forwarded by the third respondent in letter No.Nil, March 2014 to the first respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to sanction the pension to the petitioner forthwith.
