A perusal of the report of the learned Official Assignee shows that all the properties with the Insolvent have been realised and there are 17 proved unsecured creditors. The amount realised is Rs.9,42,521/-. With the available resources in the estate, the Official Assignee could pay only 7 Paise in a Rupee as dividend to the unsecured creditors.

2.Accepting the report of the Official Assignee, these applications are ordered as prayed for.
