ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the Appeal filed by the petitioner on 11.11.2015, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The second respondent passed an order through his proceedings, dated 18.09.2015, cancelling the assignment patta issued to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 11.11.2015. The order passed by the second respondent itself provides for a remedy of appeal before the first respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by him before the first respondent is pending tilldate without passing final orders. Left with no other alternative, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for appropriate relief.

4. Heard Mr.P.Saravana Sowmiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 11.11.2015 in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with a copy of the Appeal, dated 11.11.2015, and also a copy of this order.
