[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to recall the order, dated 25.03.2024, in W.P.No.7706 of 2024.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the 3rd respondent in the writ petition. However, he was never put on notice before passing the order. This Court finds that the order dated 25.03.2024 in W.P.No.7706 of 2024 is without issuing notice to the 3rd respondent in the writ petition. Since the direction is for removal of encroachment on the basis of facts narrated by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader representing the respondents 1 and 2 in the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the order has to be recalled, as no opportunity was given to the petitioner.
