Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the transfer order bearing Ref.No.6090/TANSACS/STI/2016 dated 10.01.2017 passed by the third respondent and to quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and malafide and for a consequential mandamus to the third respondent to retain the petitioner as Counsellor in Government Primary Health Centre, Chavadipalayam, Tiruppur Distrct with full wages, continuity of service and all other service benefits.
