O R D E R

This revision is preferred against judgment passed in C.A.No.29 of 2015 on 30.06.2015, directing the respondents to pay a lumpsum of Rs.4,00,000/- u/s.20(3) of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and Rs.5,00,000/- u/s.22 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 to the petitioner within one month.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that first revision petitioner and respondent are husband and wife. The dispute between them has been settled and a joint memo of compromise dated 21.02.2017 has been filed. Revision petitioners agreed to pay Rs.8,00,000/-(Rupees eight lakhs only) towards full and final settlement towards all the claims of the respondent.

4. Learned counsel for respondent affirms the submission of learned counsel for petitioner viz., that the dispute stands settled between de facto complainant and petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the Joint Compromise Memo filed, the Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed. Compromise Memo dated 21.02.2017 filed, shall form part of records. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
