Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from initiating any coercive action of locking and sealing with regard to the building put up at premises bearing plot Nos.3, 4, 5 and 3A, Door No.9/7, Perumal Koil Street, comprised in Survey No.21/1B2 and 70/2B1, 72/2B2A2 in Nerkundram Village, Thiruvallur District, pending disposal of his appeal petition dated 28.03.2016 before the 1st respondent herein.
