2. It is submitted by Mr.V.Arul, learned Government Advocate, that charge sheet was filed in Crime No.14 of 2014 by the District Crime Branch, Erode and that was taken cognizance by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, who is incharge of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode in C.C.No.19 of 2015 dated 22.4.2015. He also produced the Case Diary and it is seen from the Case Diary that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.19 of 2015 in respect of Crime No.14 of 2014.

3. In the light of the above, there is no need for calling further explanation from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode and the same may be closed.
