Respondents in both petitions COMMON PRAYER: These Writ Petitions filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation dt 29.6.2016 and grant patta in favour of the petitioners for the house site under their possession and enjoyment under scheme for regularization of encroachment as a One Time Measure as a special scheme for such of those persons who have been in occupation of the Government lands for over 20 years on the basis of the Resolution No. 1360 dt 28.1.2010 passed by the Arakkonam Municipal Council within the time to be fixed by this Court.
