These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay for filing a petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, and perused the materials available in the record.
3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these petitions are allowed.
4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the second appeal on 04.03.2026.
