This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5221 of 2024 on 04.03.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till completion of the trial.
