O R D E R
It is stated by the learned counsel for parties that an Arbitrator be appointed by this Court on the same basis as O.P.No.703 of 2015 disposed of on 12.02.2016. It is further stated that a common arbitrator be appointed, since the arbitrator appointed in that matter has expressed his unwillingness to be able to take up that matter. 2.In view of the aforesaid, it is proposed and agreed that Mr.V.Muralisundaram, a retired Judicial Officer, be appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes between the parties in this petition as well as in O.P.No.703 of 2015 and the arbitration proceedings be held under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre.
3.Thus, as proposed and agreed, I appoint Mr.V.Muralisundaram, a retired Judicial Officer, as the Sole Arbitrator, to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties in the present petition as well as O.P.No.703 of 2015. As requested, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.
4.Original Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
