O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to conduct survey measurement to fix four boundaries to the petitioner's land measuring an extent of 83 cents in Survey Nos. 276/2D1B, 276/2E2, 276/2F1 and 276/2G1 situated at Malligapuram Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and consequently grant corrected individual patta in the petitioner's name based on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations dated 03.06.2019 and 09.06.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner's mother had purchased the property to an extent of 83 cents, whereas the patta was granted only in respect of 78 1⁄2 cents. Therefore, during the life time of his mother, she had submitted a representation before the authorities for issuance of Patta for entire extent of 83 cents, but no order has been passed. Subsequently, the petitioner has also made a representation to the respondents, but, so far, their representations were not considered and no action has been taken on it. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-III) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar rpp To
