Heard Mr.K.Sudalai Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.E.M.S.Natarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and with their consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for enforcement of the Industrial Dispute under Section 12(3) of the Act entered between the third respondent and the petitioner, who is the employee of the third respondent. Admittedly, the third respondent is a Co-operative Society. Therefore, to enforce the same, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the second respondent by way of proper representation.

3. Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent by way of proper representation.
