2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that some time frame may be fixed for the 2nd respondent to release the document in question.

3.In view of the above submission, the following order is passed:- "The above said exercise shall be completed by the 2nd respondent within a period of three weeks from 13.02.2015.

2.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs."

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
