This Court, vide orders dated 15.04.2025, has dispensed with the personal appearance of the petitioners and also granted interim stay of the proceedings in S.C.No.17 of 2025 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi. However, in the order copies, the name of the second petitioner was omitted. Therefore, the Registry is directed to include the name of the second petitioner in the cause title of both the orders dated 15.04.2025 and also refer them as "Petitioners" instead of "Appellant(s)" in the order copies.
