Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2020 and thereby direct the respondents to inform the outstanding loan amount without any interest and penal interest after deducting the installment amount 1/4

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law for challenging the SARFAESI proceeding, if any, initiated by the LIC Corporation. No costs.
