2. The petitioner states that the property ad-measuring to an extent of 14430 sq.ft in S.No.136, Plot Nos.11,12, and 13 at Madippam Village, LIC Nagar, 2nd Main Road belongs to one Kasturi and out of 14430 sq.ft, he purchased 9620 sq.ft through a sale deed dated 09.04.2015. He would further state that though he paid requisite fees to the respondent for registration, it has been kept as pending Document No.33/15 and 34/15 and the petitioner, in this regard, submitted a representation dated 22.06.2015 praying for registration of the said document and return of the same and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
