Ram Mohan v. The Inspector Of Police
Crl.O.P.No.9941 of 2024 Crl.O.P.No.9941 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that while granting bail, the petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of R.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) to the credit of C.C.No.9777 of 2017 before the trial Court. However, there was no order for recalling the Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW), and as a result, the Court below failed to recall the warrant issued against the petitioners.
3. Considering that, the petitioners have already complied with the direction of this Court by depositing the amount before the trial Court, the petitioners seek the recall of the warrant.
4. The petitioners complied with the order by depositing the amount as ordered by this Court dated 29.04.2024.
