This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st day of English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10604 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2978 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two month at 10.30 a.m., until final report is filed.
