This petition has been filed to relax the condition order 5 b the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and there after on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further order dated 09.01.2025 imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.475 of 2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No. 5 b that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and there after on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further order dated 09.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.475 of 2025, is relaxed. 4.
