ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5202 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5202 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 is relaxed.
