Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the respondents particularly that of the second respondent in Letter No.B1/952/05 dated 22.3.2007 and that of the third respondent in Na Ka No H 1/9338/2006 dated 23.5.07 and quash the same and direct the respondents to treat the period from 10.1.2006 till the date of her joining duty at Government Higher Secondary School Vadakkanpatti Madurai District as duty period with all service and monetary benefits and to give posting to the petitioner at Melaurappanur Govt. Kallar Higher Secondary School Madurai or a nearby place called Checkkanoorani Govt.

Kallar Higher Secondary School, Madurai and to grant the Head Master in charge additional allowance for the period from 20.11.2002 to 30.5.2003 to the petitioner and also to relieve the petitioner from the allegations alleged against her by the then Headmaster Mr.Rajaram by conduction an enquiry in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
