ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.05.2018

2. The learned standing counsel for the respondent would submit that the said representation dated 09.05.2018 was returned on 14.05.2018, for the reason that, it was presented without the signature and self attestation of the petitioner and the same was intimated to him.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the same.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the submission made by the either side, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue the copy of the communication intimating the reasons for the return of the representation dated 09.05.2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
